Welcome to Amira – Life OS ("Amira," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amira mobile application, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Isabella Fernandez Abrahan.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Amira. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian.
You create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts with fraudulent or misleading information.
You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to anyone else without our written consent.
Amira is a personal AI assistant application that helps you track and organize different areas of your life through a conversational interface. The Service may include features such as:
Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
Amira uses artificial intelligence (including Anthropic's Claude API) to generate responses, summaries, and insights based on the information you provide. You understand and agree that:
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"), including chat messages, logs, journal entries, meeting transcripts, and uploaded files.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including processing it through our AI providers.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and its legality. You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law, or contains malware, sensitive credentials (passwords, API keys, payment card numbers), or information about other people without their consent.
You agree NOT to:
Accountability Circles let you post progress updates, milestones, and photos to a shared group of members. Any content you post is "User-Generated Content" (UGC) and is visible to the other members of that circle. You retain ownership of your UGC, but you grant Amira a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and moderate it as needed to run the Service.
Prohibited content. You agree NOT to post UGC in circles that:
Moderation. Every post submitted to a circle is automatically screened by an AI content classifier before it becomes visible to other members. Posts that score above our safety thresholds are blocked automatically or held for human review. We also rely on member reports (see below) to surface content that slips past automated screening. We reserve the right to remove any UGC at any time, with or without notice, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly post violating content.
Reporting.Every post inside a circle has a "Report" option reachable in at most two taps. If you see content that violates these Terms, report it — our moderation team reviews every report. You can also email hola@myamira.com with concerns.
Blocking. You can block any other member at any time from their profile or from any of their posts. Once blocked, that user can no longer see your posts or contact you through Amira, and you stop seeing their posts. Blocking is mutual-hide: both directions stop. You can unblock from your settings.
Enforcement.Violations may result in content removal, a warning, suspension of access to circles, or permanent account termination depending on severity and history. Posting content prohibited above on a repeat basis will result in permanent termination. Posting sexual content involving minors will result in immediate permanent termination and a report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
No expectation of privacy in UGC. Content you post to a circle is visible to other members of that circle and to our moderation systems. Do not post anything you would not want a moderator to read.

Free-tier usage may be subject to rate limits, feature restrictions, or usage caps that we adjust at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, AI system prompts, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.
"Amira" and the Amira fox mascot are trademarks of Isabella Fernandez Abrahan. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
Amira integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' behavior, availability, or handling of data once it leaves our systems.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion, with reasonable notice for material changes.
You can stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing hola@myamira.com or through the app's settings (when available). Upon deletion, Your Content will be removed per our Privacy Policy's retention rules.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, abuse the Service, or for legal or security reasons. Where feasible, we will notify you before termination and give you a chance to export Your Content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Amira is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isabella Fernandez Abrahan and her affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
